We bought these small army tents:

So we just bought 50 of those and put them together. It was A LOT of work.
The middle post was made out of 3 trees first, but that was to fragile. So we bought this:

4 Elements (1,5m each). And then we built sort of a leather-condom around it, so it doesn't look ugly :D

Its megalomaniac... How much did it cost? How do you transport it on place of building? You have to have some transporter, don´t you?

First we wanted to buy a Jurte like this:

But we thought, that this doesn't look that cool, is very small (compared to our tent now) and does cost a lot. A good Jurte is around 1000 Euro.
The most expensive thing about our tent was the Traverse (middle post). This thing only was 400 Euro or more.
All together we ended up something around 1000 Euro. But it was build in 2 years, and we added more and more stuff after another, so we did not have to pay everything at the same day.
We have something like a members-fee, every Shapog'gûr pays 5-10 Euro (depending if you are a poor student, or a full-time-worker) each month. This may sound a lot in the beginning, but we pay a lot of stuff with it, like fire-wood.

We do not have a transporter. It fits into my car.

But to make it fit, we have to put EVERYTHING out. Passengers seat, back seats and even side parts of the interior-design. In the end, there is just metal and a drivers seat. Then it fits :D

To make this a little easier we got a trailer. It's much easier now.
But I don't think, that we can bring this big tent to PP, we just don't have enough space in the car :/

Last year we have built this tent on battle for West falls.. It is much smoller than yours, but it has its magic :-D. Approximattely 15 people max. can fit in there...


Here it is that biggest one:

We built it, for beeing in warm. Because we knew, that it is going to snow. So main reason for building it was for fire inside...
It is quite easy to build it on place of building... We just have to tie several military tarpaulins together at home, than roll it in to one pack, put it in car... than we just need 6, 3metres long sticks, which we bring from home or cut somewhere in forest... And also some ropes and stakes...

Tak přemýšlím o bivaku. Chtěl jsem spát u ohně jen tak pod širákem,ale při špatném počasí by to byl problém. Bylo by vhodné toto? http://www.army-shop.cz/produkty/celty- ... ci/80.html

taktéž jsem stan vyřešil koupí Us celty olivové...je nová, takže to taky není ideál..ale hlavně se vyvaruj maskáčovým vzorům...

Obchod z kterého je odkaz je nejblíže k mému bydlišti. Koupím klidně i ty dražší,ale potřebuji poradit,co je nejvhodnější.

Nejvhodnější jsou co nejstarší, olivové, čím méně je ta olivová do zelena, tím lepší...záleží, jestli chceš investovat více a ušít si to...nebo koupit nějaké dvě ze kterých se dá postavit áčko..
